PRE/ POSTNATAL POWER YOGA

Strong As a Mother

Stay fit while pregnant, maintain a focused mind and strong body through this prenatal yoga practice. Build strength endurance and flexibility with challenging asana. Develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques designed to prepare you for labor. This class is not recommended for those who are new to the practice of Yoga.

ROLL & RESTORE

Mad Props

Roll up to relief with myofascial release techniques & tools like foam rollers and therapy balls. This class addresses chronic tension throughout the body and targets common areas of concern and dysfunction. Rolling out helps to bring balance and ease to the entire body. We'll finish each class with a deeply restorative 30min. yin yoga practice. This class is appropriate for any level yogi, athlete, or desk-jockey. No experience is necessary but props are.
