Welcome, Thank you for joining the 7-Day Pelvic Floor Guided Meditation Series. I'm your coach, Yves Cedano. I've been a dedicated pregnancy and postpartum fitness and wellness professional for over a decade. For the next 7 days I'll be guiding you in exploring and working with your breath and the pelvic floor. This self-paced program is designed to help you cultivate a daily practice for improved awareness of your breath, deep core, and pelvic floor musculature. Over the course of these 7 days, you will explore various meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and daily mindfulness practices to enhance your awareness of your pelvic floor, and its relationship to the breath. Each day, you will engage in a guided breath work practice and meditation session, a gentle movement exercise and an optional journaling practice to explore breathing to connect to your pelvic floor and deep core muscles. By the end of the program, you will have established a connection to your pelvic floor and deep core through the breath. You will learn to work with this structure in movement and relaxation.
