Service Description
Transform your body with the Functional Fitness program. I offer a comprehensive approach to fitness for everyday living. Whether your day to day involves 8 hours at a desk, running around after toddlers or any lifestyle in between. In this program we work on strengthening major muscle groups, improving balance and mobility and stabilizing the deep core for overall functionality. This program is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you will benefit from functional training. A 6 or 12 week plan is strongly recommended but not necessary.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hrs. Late cancellations will not be credited toward another class.
